Who is behind it

SAAS Properties develops the project under licence from The Ritz-Carlton, in partnership with Marriott International. The design team is first-rate:

-> Interiors: Tara Bernerd & Partners, whose hotels and residences span Osaka, New York, Paris and Milan. This is the studio's first development in the Middle East.

The tower

The architecture is slim and layered. Vertical fins, louvres and deep, continuous terraces balance openness with privacy and frame wide views across the island and the water. Every home is designed around natural light, with floor-to-ceiling glazing, expansive terraces and bespoke finishes.

Arrival sets the tone: a grand lobby and residential lounge with sculptural design, curated art and a dedicated concierge.
