1. Information We Collect

When you use Proprobin ("proprobin.com", "the Service", "we", "us", or "our"), we may collect the following types of information:

1.1 Personal Information

When you create an account using Google OAuth, we collect:

• Your name and email address from your Google account
• Your profile picture from your Google account
• Phone number (if you choose to provide it for SMS verification)

1.2 Usage Information

We automatically collect information about how you interact with our service:

• Pages visited, features used, and navigation patterns
• Time spent on our platform and session duration
• Device information, browser type, and screen resolution
• IP address and approximate geographic location

1.3 Market Analytics Usage

When you use our Market Pulse, Trending Sales Dashboard, Sales Data Explorer, Radar (District Price Index), and Off-Plan Projects listing, we collect:

• Search queries, filter selections (districts, property types, price ranges, dates)
• PDF reports downloaded and generation timestamps
• Dashboard interaction patterns and feature usage
• Map interactions and project selections on Market Pulse and the Off-Plan Projects listing
• District, property type, and layout selections within Radar's Price Index
• Search, layout, and handover-timing filter selections within the Off-Plan Projects listing

1.4 Virtual Tour Usage

When you use our AI-Guided Virtual Tours, we collect:

• Tours viewed and time spent on each tour
• Audio playback interactions (play, pause, mute)
• Share actions and referral sources

1.5 Valuation Usage

When you use our Valuation tool, we collect the project, property type, layout, and size you request an estimate for, and log when reports are generated or downloaded (see Section 7). Downloading a valuation report also draws on your Robin Coins balance (see Section 5).

1.6 Robin Coins and Referral Activity

If you refer other users, purchase Robin Coins, or redeem Robin Coins, we store your referral code, who applied it, your Robin Coins balance and transaction history, what you purchased or redeemed Robin Coins for (e.g. a coin pack, Pro access days, Valuation reports, Radar Price Index PDF reports, Trending Sales PDF reports), and the payment details associated with a purchase (handled by Stripe, see Section 5).

1.7 Realtors Directory and Agent Profile Data

If you register as a real estate agent, the profile information you choose to make visible — name, photo, agency name, bio, position, nationality, languages, years of experience, phone number, WhatsApp availability, and track record of past deals — may be displayed publicly in our Realtors Directory. You control what's visible through your account settings, including hiding your profile from the directory entirely. If you visit the Realtors Directory, we collect your search and filter selections and which agent profiles you view; if you are logged in and contact an agent, we also log which agent, through which channel (WhatsApp, call, or email), and when.

1.8 Project Intelligence and APREX Daily View Limit

Free (non-Pro) accounts may view up to 5 unique projects per day across Project Intelligence and APREX combined. To enforce this, we store which projects you've viewed each day (reset daily) against your account — this is used only to apply the limit and is not used for any other purpose. If you reach the daily limit, we log that event (which feature you were using and when) so we can understand how the limit affects usage; this record is not linked to any project-specific browsing history beyond what's needed to explain that you were blocked. Pro subscribers are not subject to this limit and this data is not collected for Pro accounts.

1.9 Compare Projects Usage

When you use Compare Projects, we collect which projects you select to compare, the property type and layout chosen, and how many projects you add to a comparison. Viewing Current Price, Rate, APREX appreciation, and Sales Activity within a comparison requires a registered account, and this usage is associated with your account the same way as our other authenticated features (see Section 4).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and improve our AI-powered real estate intelligence services
• Authenticate your account and maintain security
• Send verification codes via SMS (if you opt in)
• Personalize your experience with virtual tours, market analytics, and AI agents
• Generate market analytics, PDF reports, and project insights
• Improve our Market Pulse, Trending Dashboard, and Virtual Tour features
• Communicate with you about our services and platform updates
• Detect and prevent bot abuse, scraping, and unauthorized access
• Analyze usage patterns to improve our platform's performance and content

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: We share information with trusted third-party services that help us operate our platform (see Section 8 for details)
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by UAE law or in response to valid legal requests from authorities
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, user information may be transferred as part of the business assets
• Safety: We may share information to protect the rights, property, or safety of Proprobin, our users, or the public
• Public Agent Profiles: If you register as an agent and don't hide your profile, your profile information is publicly visible to any visitor in our Realtors Directory — this is separate from the sharing above, since it's directly under your control via your account settings (see Section 1.7)

4. Public and Authenticated Features

Proprobin offers both public and login-required features:

• Public features (Market Pulse, Virtual Tours, Tours listing, the Off-Plan Projects listing, the Realtors Directory, and Compare Projects) — accessible without an account. We collect anonymized usage data only, except for contacting an agent through the Realtors Directory (see Section 1.7), and Current Price, Rate, APREX appreciation, and Sales Activity within Compare Projects (see Section 1.9), both of which require an account.
• Authenticated features (Project Intelligence, Trending Sales, Sales Explorer, Investment Tracker, Weekly Signals, Radar, Valuation, Profile) — require Google OAuth sign-in. We associate usage data with your account. This includes viewing an individual project's detail page from the Off-Plan Projects listing.
• Pro features — certain premium features within Project Intelligence (price predictions, active listings, and non-Apartment Price/Rate visibility in the transaction log), Investment Tracker (personalised predictions), Weekly Signals (off-plan/resale movers, velocity spikes, trophy deals), Sales Explorer (non-Apartment Price/Rate visibility), Radar (full district-level drill-down and non-Apartment citywide categories), and Compare Projects (Current Price, Rate, APREX appreciation, and Sales Activity for the 3rd, 4th, and 5th projects being compared) require an active Pro subscription.

5. Robin Coins and Referrals

Robin Coins are Proprobin's in-platform virtual currency (see our Terms and Conditions for full program terms, including how they can be earned or purchased). We store your Robin Coins balance, transaction history, referral code, and who has applied it, in order to award and process purchases and redemptions. Purchases are processed via Stripe (see Section 8) the same way Pro subscription payments are; we do not store your full card details ourselves. We do not share this information with third parties except as described in Section 3.

6. Third-Party Data Sources

Our market analytics features display data aggregated from official government sources:

• Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC): Official real estate transaction records and market data for Abu Dhabi
• dari.ae: The official Abu Dhabi government real estate portal providing transaction data and property information
• Broker Network Partners: Off-plan project marketing content (photos, documents, payment plans, and unit layouts) supplied by our partner real estate agencies and developers

This third-party data is presented for informational purposes only. We do not share your personal information with these data sources. The data displayed reflects publicly available market information and is subject to updates from the source providers.

7. PDF Reports and Downloads

When you generate and download PDF market reports from our platform:

• Reports are generated in real-time based on current market data
• We log report generation for service improvement and usage analytics
• Downloaded reports may contain a timestamp and source attribution
• Valuation, Radar (Price Index), and Trending Sales reports generated by an agent-type user include that agent's own name, profile photo, agency name, email address, and phone number, so the report is properly attributed and shareable with their clients
• Downloading a Trending Sales PDF report deducts one Robin Coin from your balance (see Section 5)
• Reports are intended for personal use and should not be redistributed commercially

8. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with the following third-party providers, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Google OAuth: For user authentication and sign-in
• Google Maps Platform: For 3D virtual tours, interactive market maps, and geolocation services
• Twilio: For SMS phone verification messages
• MongoDB Atlas: For secure cloud data storage
• Amazon Web Services (AWS): For application hosting via Elastic Beanstalk and audio file storage via S3
• Stripe: For secure payment processing of Pro subscriptions. We do not store your card details — all payment data is handled directly by Stripe.
• ZeptoMail: For transactional email delivery (welcome emails, OTP verification, Pro activation, weekly signals)

9. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information:

• HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
• Secure session management with httpOnly cookies
• Bot protection and rate limiting on public endpoints
• Security headers (HSTS, X-Frame-Options, X-Content-Type-Options)
• Regular security updates and monitoring
• Limited access to personal data on a need-to-know basis

10. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Maintain your login session
• Remember your preferences and filter selections
• Provide bot protection and rate limiting
• Analyze how our service is used
• Improve our platform's performance

You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling cookies may affect the functionality of our service, particularly login and session management.

11. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy:

• Account data: Retained while your account is active
• Usage analytics: Retained for up to 24 months for service improvement
• Report generation logs: Retained for up to 12 months
• Session data: Automatically expired after session timeout

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

12. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we have about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Object to processing of your personal information
• Withdraw consent for optional data processing (e.g., SMS verification)
• Request a copy of your usage data and analytics history

13. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

14. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States (for cloud hosting and third-party services). We ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws and provide adequate protection for your personal information.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new privacy policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
