• Authenticated features (Project Intelligence, Trending Sales, Sales Explorer, Profile) — require Google OAuth sign-in. We associate usage data with your account.

5. Third-Party Data Sources

Our market analytics features display data aggregated from official government sources:

• Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC): Official real estate transaction records and market data for Abu Dhabi
• dari.ae: The official Abu Dhabi government real estate portal providing transaction data and property information

This third-party data is presented for informational purposes only. We do not share your personal information with these data sources. The data displayed reflects publicly available market information and is subject to updates from the source providers.

6. PDF Reports and Downloads

When you generate and download PDF market reports from our platform:

• Reports are generated in real-time based on current market data
• We log report generation for service improvement and usage analytics
• Downloaded reports may contain a timestamp and source attribution
• Reports are intended for personal use and should not be redistributed commercially

7. Third-Party Services
