How much does it cost?
PropRobin's AI connector is currently in Beta: an early release we're sharing with real users so we can test it in day-to-day work and improve it with your feedback before the official launch. During Beta, free accounts can run up to 10 queries a day (the count resets at midnight UAE time), and PropRobin Pro members get unlimited queries. Public pricing will be announced ahead of the official launch.
Which AI assistants can I use?
Claude (including Claude Code), ChatGPT, and Grok, plus any other app that supports MCP connectors through the Custom option.
How do I connect?
Sign in and open My Workspace → Ask Robin. Pick Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, or Custom and follow the short steps there. It takes about a minute.
Which areas does it cover?
Abu Dhabi residential real estate only: apartments, villas, townhouses, and plots across every district. Questions about other cities won't return PropRobin data.
Where does the data come from, and how fresh is it?
Sales come from official Abu Dhabi registrations and project details from DARI, both updated daily. Registrations can lag the actual deal by a few weeks, so the most recent weeks may look a little quieter than they really were.
Can I get rental yield for a specific project?
Not yet. Official rent figures are published per district, property type, and layout, so yields are available at that level rather than per project.
Does PropRobin see my conversations?
No. We only receive the specific request your assistant sends to a PropRobin tool, such as a project name or district, and we keep a usage log of those requests. See section 9 of our Privacy Policy.
How do I disconnect?
Go to Workspace → Ask Robin → Connected Apps and select Disconnect. Access is revoked immediately.
