Stellar carries the Elie Saab name, and here it goes beyond a badge on the gate. The interior language is the house's own: white travertine, light oak, soft tonal palettes and bronzed detailing.

Homes are delivered with curated furnishings from the Elie Saab Maison collection, made in Italy. That is meaningfully different from a developer specifying to a brand guideline. You are buying a coordinated interior, not a shell with a label attached.

Three formats in one development

The collection spans signature apartments, garden villas and penthouses. Having villas alongside apartments in the same scheme is unusual, and it lets a buyer stay in the community as their needs change rather than leaving it.
